keynotes, assemblies and workshops that result in mentally strong and emotionally Resilient students.

It is my belief that when we empower students to grow into their full strength, mentally and emotionally, they will perform at their best, live healthy and happy lives while creating an emotionally safe school culture that will help other students do the same.

As I work with students throughout the country, what I consistently see are students striving to perform their best but ill-equipped to manage the anxiety, stress and other emotional challenges that inevitably comes with this excessive pressure to excel.

Whether they are dealing with parental pressure, pressure from classmates or simply the pressure they put on themselves, these students have perfected their ability to put on their game face, drive on at all costs while hiding their internal struggle behind their perfect attendance, their achievements and accolades.

What I have learned through my own story is that when we live mentally strong at the expense of emotionally honest—we forfeit half of our strength and are not able to reach our fullest potential.

And this is why it has become a passion and a mission of mine to help students grow in resiliency so that they can take on life’s social pressures and challenges and still perform at their best while exceeding expectations.

What students don’t realize is that when they embrace both mental strength and emotional honesty, they become the strongest version of themselves, feel less alone in their struggles, more equipped to grow through change, and they develop a deeper sense of agency over their lives.

Sage Creek welcomed the dynamic speaker Caleb Campbell and he led two assemblies in the Bobcat Arena for all students, sharing his story to encourage students to recognize and share their truth - and prioritize their wellness (themselves) as they pursue their goals. Additionally, Caleb recognized the potential challenges students faced and emphasized the importance of personal courage in sharing one’s story to connect with oneself others and seek support as needed. What an amazing opportunity and message for our students.

Who Is It For?

The Strongest Me is a message that can be tailored to meet a wide range of needs throughout the school year. Whether it’s assemblies for the entire school, workshops for staff or student leaders, or the departing senior class, the Strongest Me will equip students with the message and skills to perform at their best.

  • What better way to equip the incoming freshman for a successful first year than giving them tools to manage the stress and increase their confidence to have a great first year experience.

  • The Strongest Me Assembly is great for the entire school as it will result in more emotionally intelligent students who are equipped to foster emotionally safe school cultures where everyone show up as their authentic selves and perform their best.

  • Regardless of the different lives each one of these seniors are going to live after they leave high school, there is one common denominator that connects us all — life is not going to happen the way they expect it to happen. Caleb uses his own personal story and delivers a message to help seniors finish strong and start stronger.

  • Building a strong and emotionally safe school culture starts from the top down. Strongest Me Workshops will empower staff and student leaders with the message and tools to take their leadership capabilities to the next level.

Keynotes

As a West Point graduate and EX-NFL Linebacker, I draw from the deep well of my own personal stories around bullying, success, failure and most importantly—how to live a mentally strong and emotionally honest life.

School Assemblies

These assemblies, whether it’s for the entire school or by class, I reflect on my own story as a West Point Graduate and Former Ex - NFL Linebacker and the mental health challenges that I experienced—despite the success. But more importantly, we talk about how they are not alone in their own struggles, and how to overcome and put themselves in the best possible position to succeed.

Professional Development Workshops
