“I can definitely say that this was one of the best assemblies we have had in recent years.”

Feeling the Pressure?
Today's fast-paced world places immense pressure on students, affecting every aspect of their lives.
The outcome?
Soaring stress, anxiety, and depression rates — leading to disengagement, decreased motivation, and escalating interpersonal conflicts.
So, how do we empower students with the tools to effectively manage this pressure—allowing them to cultivate resilience and unlock their potential for success, happiness, and well-being?
That's where my work and passion come into play — empowering students and schools to tackle this challenge head-on.
“Caleb’s message and his authentic delivery is one of, if not the best, assembly i have seen at a school in my career.
— Ashley, School Counselor, Valley High, UT
What People Are Saying
the Strongest Me will help students and staff…
Overcome Achievement Pressure
When students learn a growth mindset and develop mental strength, they are able to grow through the setbacks they will encounter and be better equipped to handle the inevitable stress and pressure they will face and perform at their best.
Grow In Resiliency
The goal isn’t to prevent uncomfortable emotions from happening—the goal is learning how to move from reacting to responding which will help them build emotional resiliency and experience less mental health challenges.
Create A Strong School Culture
Through the work of growing in mental strength and living emotionally honest lives, students feel less alone and grow in compassion, empathy and kindness. Strong students help create strong school culture.
The way Caleb connected with the students was a sight to see. We had 13 different schools and you had them all united as one in the end. To witness students be vulnerable and feel safe and secure enough to open up was a true testament to the connection Caleb had with them all. To truly connect to young adults, you need more than words, and Caleb did just that. This was an amazing experience—for both the students and the staff that were present.
